Student Account Assistance (formerly Student Financial Collections) is the University of Minnesota's service office for financial collections and loan repayment. Walk-in service is available at the location and hours listed below.
If you are repaying a University-administered student loan; owe money and/or want to make a payment on your student account bill; have an AH, AH1, AH2, AH3, AU, AU2 or AW hold; and/or if you need assistance resolving your past due loan or tuition account, an SAA representative can help answer your questions.

The Science Teaching & Student Services building is one block south of Fraser Hall, at the east end of the Washington Avenue bridge, on the East Bank campus.
