Get your aid on time

You will be sent an e-mail that confirms your aid has been disbursed into your University student account a few days prior to the start of each semester if you have:

  • registered on time for the minimum number of credits required by your financial aid award program(s);
  • completed all necessary paperwork (including promissory notes, if required);
  • no holds on your record that would prevent disbursement of your aid.

Any money (credit balance) that remains in your account after your account balance has been paid will be transferred into your bank checking or savings account by direct deposit. You are required to sign up for direct deposit, available online at or by completing a PDF form for download, Direct Deposit Authorization for Student Account Refunds, or by picking up a printed form available at a campus One Stop Student Services center.

If you will be receiving a scholarship, contact your donor to request that they send your scholarship check to One Stop Student Services at the address below.
