Health professions scholarships

• The health professions programs (medical, dental, pharmacy, nursing and veterinary medicine) offer some scholarships to their students. Please contact the departments directly to inquire about their about their scholarships.


• A Scholarship for Disadvantaged Students (SDS) is available if you are a low-income student of medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, nursing, or veterinary medicine. For more information, contact your department directly. Use the University of Minnesota Department Directory to find your department online.


• The Minnesota Medical Foundation Scholarship (MMF) offers some scholarships to Medical Students. For more information, contact the Medical School.
