Obtaining your credit balance
If you have paid your fees in full and a credit balance exists on your student account, the amount remaining will be mailed to you in the form of a check or direct deposited to your bank savings or checking account. You may expect to receive the funds within a two-week waiting period beyond the last date any payment was receipted. If you have not paid your fees in full, any credit balance you are eligible to receive will be applied to your unpaid balance.
