Grades & transcripts
The University is upgrading its core technology systems and business processes, with a scheduled system interruption taking place April 10-20, 2015 .
During this time you can view and print transcripts, but the information, like grades or holds, won’t be updated during the cutover period. There will be a brief time during the cutover when transcripts are completely unavailable. Please contact One Stop Student Services for additional support if you run into unexpected difficulties.
There will not be a process for releasing holds during the system interruption. If a hold has been placed on your student record and you need a transcript before April 20, contact your adviser or communicate with the appropriate department that placed the hold.
