Probation

You will be placed on financial aid probation for one term if you fail to meet the required GPA and/or overall credit completion standards. While on probation you may still receive financial aid.

To be removed from probation you must attain the required cumulative GPA and/or credit completion ratio standards by the end of your probation period. You will be suspended at the end of your probationary term if you fail to attain the required standards.

You will be placed on immediate probation if you receive financial aid and you stop attending all of your classes before the drop/add period, or receive a 100 percent tuition refund any time you cancel all of your classes for that term.

You are encouraged to use the Student Academic Success Services, offered by University Counseling and Consulting Services, for helpful guidelines for improving your academic performance.
