SAP standards for Ph.D. students

Qualitative standard: You must maintain a 2.8 cumulative GPA for your entire enrollment.

Quantitative standard: You must complete your Ph.D. within eight calendar years of being admitted to your doctorate program. Your progress within this maximum timeframe will be reviewed at the end of each term. Each semester your cumulative credit completion ratio is determined to ensure that you have completed at least 67 percent of all credits you attempted. If you are unable to complete your degree within this timeframe you may appeal.
