Office of Student Finance grants and scholarships

Continuing students who have completed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) are automatically considered for many grants and scholarships awarded by the University of Minnesota"s Office of Student Finance (OSF). Awards are based on the application date and made to students with demonstrated need who have submitted all requested documentation and are enrolled full time in a degree seeking program. Some scholarships require a separate application form. Check Scholarships with upcoming deadlines for additional information. Funds are limited so you are encouraged to apply early and submit requested documents, such as tax returns, in a timely manner.
