Minnesota students who conduct their own search to identify and apply for funds
suited to their career, background, and other individual criteria. The scholarships
below represent some of the programs, listed chronologically by the application
deadline and followed by an alphabetical listing of programs that accept applications

Physical Therapist Scholarship

Applicants must:
be in their final two years of their studies.
Recipients are required to make one-year commitments as physical therapists
at OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center.
Recipients are eligible to reapply for up to a total of four awards
(equaling $16,000 and a four-year commitment).

Two Ten Footwear Foundation

Applicants must:
be affiliated with the footwear, leather or allied
industries as an employee (at least 500 working hours during the year
prior to January 1), or the student's parent has employment in these
industries, for a minimum of two years prior to applying.
pursuing a footwear design major, or have footwear design as a component
of their major.

three to five hours daily at UPS.
Part-time employees $3,000/year for towards tuition; lifetime maximum
of $15,000.
Part-time management employees: $4,000/year for towards tuition; lifetime
maximum of $20,000.
Also eligible for $2,000/year in forgivable student loans with $8,000
lifetime maximum.
