Regents' Policy on Access to Student Records Introduction

This information is intended to inform all members of the University who have access to or use student records of their responsibilities under the Regents' Policy on Access to Student Records. All University officials who are custodians of student education records have the responsibility to educate and inform those who act in the student's educational interest of their individual responsibility for compliance with the regents' policy. Violation of the regents' policy and the procedures and guidelines may result in disciplinary action.
