You must pay your student account balance due in full in order
to release your hold. You will not have access to any transcripts as long as
a financial hold remains on your student account; this includes access to unofficial
transcripts, according to University policy.
AU/AWPast-due student account
Contact an SFC representative, according to the
first letter of your last name, if you owe for a past-due term only. If you
are a current student, contact One Stop Student Services.
AU2Account is currently at an outside collection
agency. Call an SFC representative at 612-625-2542.
NOTE: If you have an AU2 hold on your student account,
the balance listed in your University student account may not be accurate. Please
contact an SFC representative for information.
