The tuition and fees estimate is based on full-time enrollment and includes a $220 collegiate fee, $672 student service fee; $1,100 University fee; $2,198 hospitalization insurance; $32 transportation fee; $22 Graduate/Professional Student Association fee; $8 miscellaneous fees.

The room/board figure based on monthly allowances of $801 for a campus area, one-bedroom apartment (Minneapolis Star Tribune, January 26, 2008 edition) and $238.65 for food (U. S. Department of Agriculture, December 2007 report).

$250 for transportation may be added for 4th year pharmacy and nursing students for higher transportation costs than in previous years.
