Obtaining Your Refund
If you have paid your fees in full and a credit balance exists on your student account, a refund will either be mailed or direct deposited to you. There is a two week waiting period for your refund beyond the last date any payment was receipted, unless your fees were paid only with cash. If you have questions about your refund, contact One Stop Student Services at 612-624-1111.
If you have not paid your fees in full, any refund you receive will be a monetary credit applied to your unpaid balance.
