The orientation fee, the late registration fee, and the GAPSA, MSA, and
SELF fees are generally not refunded (the GAPSA and MSA fees are refunded
with a 100% refund).
All other special fees assessed at registration are refunded at the same rate as tuition and course fees.
There is no refund of special fees after the refund period has ended,
even if retroactive cancellation is authorized.
