2004-05 Twin Cities Campus Tuition Rates for Undergraduates
You pay the undergraduate tuition rate if you receive undergraduate
credit and you are not registered as a graduate or professional degree
student.
The following per-credit semester tuition rates have been approved for the 2004-05 academic year. Rates do not vary by college of enrollment and are the same for both upper and lower division students.
New degree-seeking undergraduates and continuing students who were admitted fall 2002 or later pay a flat tuition rate based on a minimum 13-credit load (and also pay the student services fee and a full technology fee); credits 1-12 are assessed at the per-credit rate only for those approved for a reduced credit load. The deadline for applying for a reduced credit load for spring 2005 is February 21, 2005.
Continuing students who were admitted before fall 2002 are assessed a per-credit rate for credits 1-12 and are assessed the flat 13-credit band for 13 or more credits.
Effective Fall 2005, all degree-seeking undergraduates will pay a flat tuition rate based on a minimum 13-credit load (and also pay the student services fee and a full technology fee); credits 1-12 are assessed at the per-credit rate only for those students who have been approved for a reduced credit load.
