When, How, and Where to Pay

Pay by Drop Box

Before enclosing your billing statement and payment in an envelope, we recommend that you write your University student ID number on the check.

If you do not have your billing statement, be sure that your name appears on the check the same way it appears on your student records.

Do not put cash payments in drop boxes. The Bursar Office is not responsible for cash payments made in these boxes.

Payments are considered on time if made before 8am the morning after a due date at any one of the following campus drop box locations:

Williamson Hall—East Bank, 1st and 2nd floor concourses

Fraser Hall—East Bank, main floor hallway

Coffman Union—East Bank, main level information lobby

Anderson Hall—West Bank, just inside the Washington Avenue building entrance, between the doors in the hallway.

Coffey Hall—St. Paul, in the lobby area of outside 107 Coffey Hall
