Fall 2006 student service results are in

The second annual One Stop Student Services survey was complete in September. Students who contacted One Stop by phone, e-mail, or in person during the first two weeks of September were randomly selected and asked to complete an online survey. In total, 3,288 e-mail invitations were sent with a 34 percent completion rate.

Ninety-eight percent of students surveyed indicated they received satisfactory or better service and were treated in a courteous and professional manner. This is a 2 percent increase from last year's survey; also, 95 percent of students felt they received a response to their needs in an timely manner, more than a 3 percent increase. "Thanks for the great, fast, and courteous services," is just one of the many comments received from students who worked with a One Stop counselor.

Suggestions and comments can be submitted to the online comment card. Thank you from everyone at One Stop Student Services
