Fall 2007 One Stop Student Service survey results
The third annual One Stop Student Services survey was completed in the beginning of October. 3,055 students who contacted One Stop either by phone, e-mail, or in-person during the first two weeks of September were selected at random to complete an online survey. Approximately 32 percent of students contacted completed the survey; two students received an iPod Nano for completing the survey within the first week, and two students received a University of Minnesota sweatshirt during the second week.
We are pleased to announce that overall, over 96 percent of students felt they received satisfactory or better service and over 96 percent stated they were treated in a courteous and professional manner. Finally, over 94 percent of students felt they received a response to their needs in an acceptable amount of time. Students comments were extremely positive: "You handled the busy first week of school very well. I was impressed that I was helped within a few minutes!" and "I couldn't do this whole college thing without you guys!" were just some of the comments we received.
Suggestions and comments can be submitted to the online comment card. Thank you from everyone at One Stop Student Services.
