One Stop Student Services provides quality professional service in the areas of enrollment, financial aid, billing, and payments, in support of students' academic and financial objectives.

One Stop Student Services is committed to providing friendly, confidential, and timely assistance in a variety of convenient ways including individualized e-mail, phone, and in-person service, as well as helpful online tools to help answer your questions.

"Ask One Stop" is an online searchable database of frequently asked questions and answers. This service provides you with critical information about enrollment, financial aid, billing, and payment all at your fingertips. Click "Ask One Stop" to ask a question or search for information in a variety of topics.

If "Ask One Stop" is not able to answer your questions, a One Stop Counselor can assist you via e-mail, phone, or in-person. More information on other university services is available under the "Read about" section.

PHONE counseling is available from 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday, at 612-624-1111, or toll-free from outside the Twin Cities metropolitan area at 1-800-400-8636, or 612-626-0701 (TTY for hearing-impaired students only).

IN-PERSON counseling is available at three One Stop Student Services centers on campus. The East Bank center in Fraser Hall is a full-service center that includes 14 self-service computers for online record review, forms printouts, internet information, and online FAFSA application.
